Schedule

Appointments are 60, 90, and 120 minutes.

Payment is accepted in advance or at the time of appointment.

New clients are emailed an online Health Intake and Agreement Form to complete before the first appointment.

Please note the 24-hour cancellation policy; clients will be charged the full rate if an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, emergencies and illnesses excepted. More advance notice than 24 hours is always appreciated for changes so other clients are able to schedule.
